▣ Introduction
The Lockable Hinge Plate System(Orthopaedic fixation Plate) can be used for guided growth control for correction of pediatric angular deformity.
The Hinge plate made of titanium alloy can be fixed with either lockable or unlockable plate, cannulate screws or  conventional screws.

▣ Advantage of LHP
The Lockable Hinge Plate is very creative and unique because of it’s technical feasibility and versatility.
Locking screw can be fixated small triangular osteopeni epiphsis, while conventional unlocking screw is inserted into the metaphysis.

▣ Indication
The Lockable Hinge Plate is indicated as a temporary implant for correction of the angle deformity of long bones by inhibiting longitudinal growth of the physis in pediatric patients.
  - valgus, varus or flexion, extension deformities of the knee(femur and tibia)
