▣INTRODUCTION
MEGA Plus Spine System is a comprehensive system that provides a top loading, top tightening, self-tapping screws and poly-to-mono locking pedicle screw heads, eliminating the need for uniplanar or monaxial screws. The MEGA Plus Spine System consists of pedicle screws (multi-axial, long-arm multi-axial), iliac screws, rods(5.5mm, 6.0mm), cross links and connectors. The MEGA Plus Spine System components are available in titanium alloy conforming to ASTM F136 specifications. The MEGA Plus Spine System implants and instruments can be used with either Titanium or cobalt chromium molybdenum 5.5 or 6.0mm rods.
