Features

The CPS Anterior Cervical Plate System consists of a variety of shapes and sizes of plates, screws, lockers and the instruments necessary to implant this specific system. The CPS Anterior Cervical Plate System is intended to provide stabilization of the cervical vertebra for various indications. The fixation construct consists of a cervical plate that is attached to the vertebral body of the cervical spine with self-tapping screws using an anterior approach. Screws are available for variable angle implantation.
The CPS plates made from unalloyed titanium as described by ASTM F67 and the other components are fabricated from titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) per ASTM F136.

Specifications
- Plates are offered in one-level, two-level, three-level and four-level fusion configuration. 
 : The plates feature a narrow 17.0mm width and are low profile 2.0mm and come with a lordotic curve.
- Locker is designed to prevent screws from backing out. 
 : Locking mechanism is created by two lockers that thread into the plate and overlap the top of the screws.
 : Locker guide shaft cut-off after plate inserted.
- Screws are available in lengths from 12.0mm to 17.0mm in 1.0mm increments. 
 : The screws have either a 4.0mm or 4.5mm diameter. 
 : Screws are provides rotational and translational degree of freedom.
